  •  All refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after cancellation is confirmed.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
  • Any third party service charges (bank, payment gateway, etc.) will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special deals, hotel offers, promotional fares or instant confirmation bookings may not be refundable. These will be clearly set out at the time of booking and cancellations will be charged a 100% penalty.

Force Majeure Clause

Hitakshi Holidays Helpline shall not be liable for cancellations or refunds caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, flight/train cancellations, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds (if any) will be handled in line with vendor/partner policies.
