Hitakshi Holidays Helpline takes your trust seriously, and we provide all the details regarding the cancellation or modification of travel bookings. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent and easy to understand ensuring a smooth process in case of any change in your travel plans.
General Cancellation Policy for Rajasthan Tour Packages
Cancellation Timeline & Charges:

  •     More than 30 days before the travel: 10% percent of the total cost of travel.
  •     29-15 days prior to travel: 25% total cost of travel.
  •     7 to 14 days prior to travel: 50% of the cost of the travel.
  •     Less than 7 days or absence: 100% cancellation rate.

Peak Season or Festival Time:

Cancellations during Diwali, Christmas, New Year and major fairs (Pushkar Mela, Maru Mahotsav, etc.) may attract 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the notice period. The policies will be spelled out in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation of Hotel Booking (including RTDC Hotels)

RTDC Hotel bookings follow the government-regulated policies. Generally:

  •     15 days before check-in: 10% deduction
  •     7–14 days before check-in: 50% deduction
  •     Less than 7 days – No refund

If you book a private room at hotel, you must follow the hotel's cancellation policy. The hotel will inform you of these rules when you make the booking.

Cab/Transport Cancellation Terms

  •     10 days prior to your stay: charge 10% of the amount that you have booked.
  •     25% of the booking will be charged 3 to 6 days before your stay.
  •     Less than 3 days ago: 50% to 100% depending on the service provider.
  •     Once you are there: there is no way to get the money back in case you cancel or fail to appear.

Flight/Train Tickets Cancellation

    Air or train tickets booked through Hitakshi Holidays Helpline will be subject to the airline/IRCTC cancellation rules plus a service fee of ?300 per person.
    Refunds if any will be processed in accordance at the carrier refund timelines.

Holiday Package Amendment Policy

  •     If you request an amendment less than 15 days prior to departure, subject to availability, we will be able to assist you and we may incur a change fee of ?500 per booking.
  •     Last-minute changes may not be possible. If accepted, the differential cost will be borne by the customer.

 

Hitakshi Holidays Helpline shall not be liable for cancellations or refunds caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, flight/train cancellations, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds (if any) will be handled in line with vendor/partner policies.
